Ruth Hansom, British Food Fortnight Ambassador and Head Chef at Pomona’s Restaurant will show you how to include more seasonal produce on your menu.

Super Snacks with The Food Teacher  Prior to joining us on the Main Event Stage, Katharine Tate will demonstrate how she helps children understand the impact food has on their bodies showcasing two of her most popular Super Snack:  Coco-Choc Mousse (Dairy-Free) and Summer Spring Rolls (Gluten-Free).
