Paul is based in Lytham Lancashire, whilst his office and kitchen is in Scarborough North Yorkshire. His responsibilities cover national accounts across the whole of foodservice GB.
Paul has a culinary career spanning over 40 years both in the UK and Europe. Initially 20 years in hospitality, latterly in product development and now business development. He has always held a culinary role as food is at the heart of everything he does.
Career highlights include creating and developing multiple “household name” products in both retail and foodservice, delighting customers with great tasting culinary concepts and training and mentoring young chefs to go onto successful careers.
Outside of McCain, Paul can be found cooking on one of seven (7) barbecues in his outdoor kitchen, tending to the family horses or wandering the riverbank in search of big fish.
