Stephanie has 11 years’ experience working as a nutritionist in the foodservice industry as a loyal employee of Chartwells. Starting as a graduate nutritionist and working her way up to specialise in medical diets Stephanie is a true subject matter expert when it comes to catering for children and young people with food allergies and intolerances. Stephanie is passionate that all children regardless of their dietary needs should be able to eat out of home safely whilst enjoying a school lunch that is not only safe, nutritious but also delicious!
