Gail is the founder and director of Open Door PR, a food, drink and hospitality marketing agency. Gail’s career has spanned PR and marketing communications for FTSE 250 and blue chip brands in the UK and pan Europe. Due to her experience and influence in public sector catering she was made a board member of the Government Hospital Food Review for the Department of Health. She is often called on as commentator in print and broadcast on the food industry and marketing communications.
