Steve has been passionate about food since the age of 15 when he discovered the delights of cookery through his Saturday job at a local restaurant. He attended Westminster Kingsway College to train as a Chef, subsequently working in high profile organisations from the House of Commons to British Airways. He returned to Westminster Kingsway College as a Chef Lecturer, teaching aspiring young chefs and working with The Fifteen Foundation to support their training programme. Steve has been running his own consultancy for over ten years, now in his second year working with Lentils.org.
