Chris chairs ASSIST FM the body that represent the 32 Local Authorities delivering FM services across Scotland. ASSIST FM bring together the catering leads for all local authorities delivering 400,000 meals daily across the nation. In his day job he heads up catering services for The City of Edinburgh Council delivering 23,000 meals per day to the pupils of Edinburgh. A chef to trade with a passion locally sourced, freshly cooked meals – he believes in every pupils right to a hot, nutritious lunch.
