Visitors will be able to watch the live final taking place at the Main Event with the winners being revealed at the LACA Awards for Excellence dinner on the evening of Wednesday 9th July.

LACA Grab & Go Challenge sponsored by SchoolGrid

The finalists for the LACA Grab & Go Challenge will battle it out live on Tuesday 8th July cooking their grab & go item in a competition environment to decide the winner who will be announced later that evening. 

Finishing Touches Competition in association with the Craft Guild of Chefs

Finishing Touches is a very popular feature of the exhibition, and it will return for 2025.  Held in conjunction with the Craft Guild of Chefs, finishing Touches is once again set to become one of the most talked about features of The LACA Main Event 2024.  Entries will be displayed on Wednesday 9th July with winners announced later that afternoon.

We are also pleased to announce the return of LACA Live with cookery demonstrations with cookery demonstrations taking place in the Palace Suite on Tuesday 8th and Wednesday 9th July with the chance to see the winner of the LACA Grab & Go Challenge demonstrate their winning dish of tasty and nutritious 'on the go' food.

Workshops

Our ever popular and informative Workshop Sessions will also return offering practical advice on key operational issues; the impact of new legislation and best practice case studies.  The workshops are free to attend and open to both visitors and delegates.
